The 107 edition of the "Daily Dietary Guidelines" not only aims to prevent nutrient deficiencies (70% DRIs), but also refers to the latest epidemiological research results, taking into consideration dietary principles to reduce the risk of cardiovascular metabolic diseases and cancer, It is recommended to use the appropriate proportion of the three major nutrients (protein 10-20%, lipid 20-30%, sugar (carbohydrate) 50-60%). Based on the principle of empirical nutrition, try to calculate the composition of various diets, and finally put forward dietary recommendations suitable for most people in China. This edition of the Daily Dietary Guide covers six categories of food: whole grains, beans, fish, eggs, meat, dairy products, vegetables, fruits, fats, and nuts and seeds; and proposes portions for 7 types of calorie requirements.
